At Her Total WellBeing, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to facilitate returns.
Return Eligibility
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- We do not accept change of mind returns.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Process

Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@hertotalwellbeing.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.

Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, you will be given a return address. Please ship the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspection and Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.
Refunds
- Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@hertotalwellbeing.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@hertotalwellbeing.com and we will assist you with the exchange process.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to the return address provided by our customer support team. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
